Welcome to Villas of La Quinta Country Club! A cozy, gated community located on the fantastic, private La Quinta Country Club Golf Course. This bright two bedroom, two bath villa has beautiful Santa Rosa Mountain in addition to golf course views. Guests love the home’s colorful Desert Modernism style, which originated post war in Palm Springs.

Features include original tongue and groove ceilings, contemporary barn doors in the main bedroom, vaulted ceilings in bedrooms and the living room, including new Hunter Douglas motorized window coverings. Interior updates include laminated wood floors, kitchen cabinetry with soft closing doors and drawers, new granite countertops, new appliances including induction stove top. Both bedrooms have new mattresses, pillows, and bedding, plus large double closets, and stylish re-designed bathrooms.

The large west facing patio has been extended to enjoy the beauty of the sunny weather and views in comfort. Accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom, with beautiful landscaping providing privacy with three seating areas. The front, gated courtyard has a small turf area and new grill, surrounded by greenery for privacy.

The energy efficient AC keeps the home cool in the sunny desert, controlled by a NEST WIFI thermostat. Enjoy endless hot water from a new tank-less water heater. Solar tubes fill the home with natural desert lighting year-round without transferring the heat like traditional skylights. An oversized 2 car garage provides lots of storage for golf clubs and other sports equipment.
