The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Enjoy the beautiful upgrades and thoughtful amenities that set this studio apart from all of the rest! Please note that there is not a private patio with this property.

I rented this for a conference I was attending nearby. This was a great little place to decompress and relax in my off time. I was traveling by myself and felt safe the entire time.

The studio is very nice, clean, beautiful area, located close to the tennis garden, where we just needed to be. The only negative, there is only a door separating the studio next door from ours and you can follow a whole conversation, the guests making their coffee and more....privacy not so much unfortunately.

Pretty condo, nice location, beautiful community
Cozy condo on the second floor. Roomy bathroom. Walk in shower had nice water. Had one set of towels on check in but needed two. They were delivered shortly after. I would suggest keeping two sets stocked. Lovely well kept quiet community. Lots of pools. Was nice having an ice machine in the common area for beverages poolside. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Complex, Comfortable and Quiet Studio
The Legacy Villas complex is set up against the mountains which offers a majestic background for the Spanish-style units. The studio is modern with a very comfortable king bed and large bath. The kitchenette area is small with no counter space, works fine for making coffee but not a food prep area. The studio shares a door with an adjacent studio. No-one was next door when we stayed, so it was very quiet. The complex has great amenities and rules about noise.
We liked the location and ease of getting to Indian Wells Tennis Garden.
