Open concept, SINGLE story 3,020 square foot "Montecito-Plan 2" in gated community. Nothing says vacation like sitting at the spectacular wet bar (with beverage cooler) taking in the breathtaking views or gathering in the oversized gourmet kitchen - a chefs paradise. The kitchen, living room, family room, dining room and oversized wet bar rests at the rear of the home all with views of the pool and golf course with an open concept layout. Find your sanctuary in one of the 3 en-suite bedrooms (all with private full bathrooms) including the massive master bedroom and bath and huge walk-in closet.
