Your desert escape awaits! Three Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, and Open Living Space with over 1800 sq. ft. to yourself in this freshly updated Santa Fe architecture home. Private Heated Pool with Built In Seating to Enjoy a Drink as the you watch amazing Sun sets over the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains.

The Property-
The Pet friendly home with 10ft ceilings and Spanish tile flooring sleeps 6+ across three bedrooms in 1-King, 1-Queen and 2- Twin XL arrangement. The Master bathroom contains a large walk-in shower accompanied by a large soaking tub with double vanities. The guest bathroom has tub with shower and single vanity. In the open living space you will find a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, all stainless steel appliances including gas range. Bar seating as well as table seating each for 6 and everything you would need to prepare a great meal. The space also includes 2- 50" flat screen smart TVs with many entertainment options. Out-front there is a west facing pool with built-in seating, multiple lounge chairs and umbrellas to create shade if needed. The rear patio faces east, perfect for morning coffee while the desert sun rises over the mountains. There is a comfortable outdoor sofa, as well as a fire bowl and Weber BBQ grill connected to centralized propane system for easy use. Desert Escape is a pet friendly property.

Walking distance to bear creek and cove trails, 0.5 miles to public tennis courts, 9 miles from Coachella polo fields and Indian Wells tennis gardens, 30 miles to Joshua Tree National park and 20 miles to downtown Palm Springs.

Great House and quiet neighborhood

Covid Break

Nice home! A little far from Palms Springs proper (30-40 minute drive). Pool is very small, but was still enjoyable. Few little repairs (nothing to stop your enjoying the home) needed. I'd stay there again.

Excellent Experience!

My partner and our dog stayed for 8 nights and it was perfect! We are city folks who love coming to the desert (usually stay in Palm Springs but wanted something a little more relaxed this time). The La Quinta Cove location, while a bit of a distance to Hwy 111 and the interstate was a beautiful and quiet area with amazing mountain views (so many mountains), interesting architecture and friendly neighbors. The house was perfect - clean, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, a perfectly sized pool in the front (a bit strange at first, but it works as it is completely enclosed and private) and a very nice seating area and BBQ in the back. The master bedroom was huge and the second and third bedrooms more than adequate. The bedrooms even have cute little work spaces with lots of power and USB ports. The one complaint is that there are no window coverings in the master bedroom which means no sleeping in (way too bright) and a very hot room during the day. The main part of the house does get hot during the day (it was 110 degrees outside) but definitely cools off at night when the sun goes down. Nadia, the property manager was excellent - very responsive to all of our needs. Check in was quick and easy and everything you need is ready when you arrive. We were especially grateful for the use of the garage to keep the car out of the hot sun. All in all - highly recommend this place for families (especially those with dogs) and would definitely come back (probably when it is not so hot).
