"I booked a single room at the Italia. It's in an unprepossing area of Reggio Emilia, and nobody was around when I turned up. I called and ten minutes later somebody let me in. His Italian was very poor, but he tried to communicate that I could have a different room for a couple of hours because somebody was sleeping in my single room. Then I could change.     "Superb comfortable large room, great staff, evening meal was fantastic which was supported with brilliant & friendly waiting staff, just perfection, however, breakfast just didn’t quite match the evening meal experience, nether less, I’d still recommend this hotel, location was spot on, the soundproofing was way beyond any other hotel to which I’ve never experienced before in my traveling, all in all, brilliant & thank you."
