The house features two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed for a comfortable night's sleep. In one of the bedrooms you will find a luxurious massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The modern bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, and a hairdryer for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes everything you need for a carefree stay, including a dishwasher, wine glasses, an oven, a fridge freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. The cosy terrace, accessible via the outdoor stairs next to the house, offers a serene place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. For entertainment, there is a 50-inch television with access to Netflix, so you can watch your favourite films and series. The central heating ensures that you will always be pleasantly warm, whatever the season. You can park your car for free in the street, making it hassle-free to explore the area, with all amenities within easy reach. A security deposit of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
