Staff are really helpful & we loved sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast & enjoying drinks with view of the cathedral. We would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Valencia, and a big reason for that was Rodrigo at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our experience truly special.
Rodrigo was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. He made our child feel so special, always taking the time to interact with her warmly and putting a smile on her face. As parents, that level of care meant a lot to us.
He was also an invaluable source of local knowledge, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and transportation that helped us make the most of our time in Valencia. Every suggestion was spot on and made our trip even more enjoyable.
No matter how busy things seemed, Rodrigo always greeted us with a smile and was ready to help with any question or request. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
Thank you, Rodrigo, for your exceptional hospitality. You are a credit to Barceló Valencia, and we hope the hotel recognizes what an outstanding team member they have. We would happily stay here again, thanks in large part to the wonderful service you provided.

"Hotel bang in the middle of the city with a convenient restaurant attached to it. Staff don’t speak English but incredibly friendly. Beware parking costs; always look for a meter to pay, most common public areas in Spain charge for parking."
