Great location, friendly staff, pool area was chilled but also vibey, drinks were decently priced and good quality!

End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!

The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room next door using the shower and flushing the toilet. The hotel noise was also really loud in the mornings the banging and bumping around from housekeeping and the restaurant downstairs

best place ever. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location did not have as much sun due to the cliffs so sunset and sun rise couldn’t be seen. the location did not have much around it. but it was the most perfect place to relax and unwind and heal from this cruel world. i lived it there. the sauna was amazing and had a beautiful view of the sea. it was great to go from sauna to sea with ease.
