This is my second stay and I think in my futures trips to Madrid I will stay here. They upgraded my room and get 20% discount in my final food and beverage bill, as a Gold status. This hotel is very european and classic, conveniently locate between Callao y Gran Via Metro stations. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. Will stay again.

We love from the start, all the staf from the door (Roberto was excellent) to the checking and after the checkout, are willing to help. Pleasant stay, room was typical city hotel size. Extra bed for a child makes it very tight. Batheoom was very dated. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff very friendly. Pool was too cold to use even though it was 33 degrees.
