  • Stunning and fascinating castle in the middle of the Cinque Terre National Park with breathtaking views of the sea, less than 15 km from Portovenere, considered one of the most beautiful villages in the world. Here you are in a magical, enchanted place that, for its characteristics, will offer you a unique and unforgettable vacation. Around more than 20 hectares of terraced land with vineyards and olive groves that reach the sea and lead you to a small pebble beach, accessible on foot through a small footpath of about 1 km. A corner of paradise that will enchant even the most demanding viewer: Just a few steps from the house is the A1 Appennino Ligure hiking trail that connects the region with Tuscany and France, but not only this... The villages of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore can be easily visited by boat from Portovenere, which together with Palmaria have been recognized by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. An hour and a half by car is Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe and on the other side the coast of Versilia with the famous Forte dei Marmi near the Lunigiana, the "Valley of the" Hundred Castles ". One side of the house on the first floor is occasionally used by the owner for the care of the surrounding land and for the production of oil and a fine wine of the Cinque Terre (available locally). The property can be reached by a 1.3 km dirt road with a 120 m elevation gain, accessible only by off-road vehicle. Arrival is possible only between 17:00 and 20:00.

Achtung: dieses Haus ist für Heldinnen und Abenteurer (nichts für verwöhnte Püppchen oder Möchtegern-Prinzen) Warum?1. Der Weg von Campiglia ist steil und nur mit Allrad und Bodenfreiheit befahrbar (VW-Bus 4motion gelang es nur knapp). Maria und Federico Beghi helfen jedoch mit ihren Geländewägen bei An-&Abfahrt.2. Zum Meer gelangt über einen anspruchsvollen Steig durch bewirtschaftete Weingärten, deren fünf Tore als Schutz vor Wildschweinen mit Kettenschloss auf und wieder abgeschlossen werden müssen.3. Sobald die Wellen höher sind schubsen diese einen an die scharfen Felsen, von denen man aber sicher hineinspringen kann (ein hübscher Kies-Strand in Schwimmnähe ist wegen Steinschlags zu gefährlich).4. Es wird eine Kaution von 300 Euro verlangt. Zusätzlich zur geringen Verbrauchspauschale und der Kurtaxe kommt eine sehr hohe Reinigungsgebühr (die nicht hält, was sie verspricht).Wer das akzeptiert, wird reich belohnt: Die wilde Natur ringsherum ist erfüllt von Tiergeräuschen und nachts pulsieren die Glühwürmchen unterm Sternenhimmel. Der Blick aus den hohen Fenstern aufs mal raue, mal milde, türkisblaue Meer ist unvergesslich, die Felsformationen großartig. Die Einrichtung des riesigen -einst hochherrschaftlichen- Hauses ist schlicht und zweckmäßig.Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im nahen La Spezia. Die malerischen Städtchen der CinqueTerre wie Manarola sind unglaublich schön und durch beschilderte Wanderwege, Straße, Zug & Schiff touristisch voll erschlossen.

Nous avons fui cette location dès le premier jour. Si vous ne disposez pas d'un 4x4 type Land Rover (et n'ayez pas peur de l'abîmer au vu du terrain), l'accès à cette location est impossible en voiture. Vous devez donc marcher durant 30 min à travers bois avec une pente à 12% pour récupérer votre véhicule situé sur un parking en bord de route !L'intérieur de la bâtisse est obsolète et dépourvu de toute commodité (pas de wifi, pas de lave-vaisselle, lits inconfortables, etc.).

Mais plage difficilement accessible 45 mn de marche aller et retour 5 portails 4 cadenas il ne faut que des locataires sportifs car pente abrupte pour crique rocheuse. Douche de l’etage Supérieur à revoir Changement du linge de nuit et de toilette fort appréciable
