The 64-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator: PLEASE NOTE: You must climb the stairs to access it.



The interior layout is as follows:

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and conventional oven

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and dresser

- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and small tub with a shower enclosure (please note there is a step to enter).



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, portable fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

- From La Spezia Centrale Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Migliarina Station, which is an 8-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 5 from the Central Station to the “Migliarina Marcantone” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.



- For those traveling by car, free street parking is available in the vicinity of the property (cannot be reserved and is not guaranteed) or paid parking is available in blue-line zones.
