Vilma was very welcoming and accommodating, she had some great advice on what to do in the area. The room was very nice and the location is excellent just a few minutes walk from the train station and right on the pedestrian lane than goes all the way to the waterfront. The only disappointment for us is the fridge didn’t work at all which was a bit frustrating.

Good guesthouse near train station, ideal for setting a trip to Cinqueterre having La Spezia as a base. The owner is very welcomed person, gives a lot of suggestions for the trip. The room is spacious, although missing surfaces for leaving luggage, also miss a bigger table for having a breakfast, the existing table is small. Anyway there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Perfect located, near everything, a gorgeous view from the room, terrases downstairs, the room with at least 15 feets high ceiling, Vilma the owner very nice owner, help us with infos. Highly recommended.

La spezia is more of a gateway than a getaway, so if that’s how you’re planning to visit - as a stopover - this place is solid. Very close to train station (<5 minute walk) and at the start of garabaldi ave which is the main pedestrian drag. There is luggage storage 100 ft away if you want to take a walk around before or after your stay.

I loved my stay in this affitacamere. Vilma was so nice and explained us around, how to get to the beach and visit Porto Venete. I loved it very clean and please go to the restaurant a La Spezia called Buenavesta. It was a small place but the food was amazing and the staff was so nice.

Cinque Terre

Our stay was great. The location was perfect... We went to Cinque terre each day and it was a four minute walk from the pensione. Also, it was 1/2 block to the main restaurant and shopping strip in La Spezia. The place was clean, spacious, and the staff friendly and accommodating.

It is conveniently located by cafes and a less than a 10 minute walk to the trains. The host was very helpful about tourist attractions. Tea, coffee, and croissants were in the room waiting for us. The place can be a bit difficult to find since it is on the 2nd floor of a building with apartments. We found it by seeing the small sign on the building as we walked past.

The location is 10/10. It's 5 mins max from/to La Spezia Centrale and the area is surrounded by tons of shops, eateries and a market. I used this place as a base to visit Cinque Terre, so it was very convenient. I guess you could say it's Italian style decor?? but it is clean. The bathroom is modern and it had a balcony. The building also has a lift if you have luggage. I experienced an odd encounter with the host when having to pay the tourist tax (which I know is required). Something occurred that seemed dishonest to me. The host, however, is respectful and gave plenty of info and was on site for my arrival. My suggestion is to bring Euros to avoid any conflict or confusion with this tax. Other than that, it's a great base for Cinque Terre especially as a solo traveller and/or if you need a place in a pinch.. keeping in mind this is a local stay and not a hotel, it works just fine.

The exterior of the building was been reworked, 6 floors covered in heavy plastic sheeting, covering all the windows. No light, no air. Elevator did not work when going down.

Guest House好靚，雖然個衣櫃爛咗，但都唔影響，職員好helpful，因為同建築物嘅比較舊，上一手用戶用升降機時唔妥當，我哋到埗嘅時候升降機用唔到，但係職員都盡力幫手，令升降機回復正常，非常之好 房間空間足夠，整體設計溫馨又有古典味，非常好，最緊要係地理位置很好，可以行去火車站，附近亦都係繁華嘅地區，食同買都好方便
