Most comfortable beds we have had in our 3 weeks of roaming Italy and Greece. It was also among the cleanest. The room seemed like it was recently renovated and very new. Awesome staff as well. Very helpful with recommendations and travel tips

Great place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre

It was a great place to say, so close to the train station and pedestrian street with lots of food options. The host speaks very fast so it was hard to catch all of the check-in instructions.

I would definitely stay here again!! The staff is so welcoming, offering us chocolates and coffee at check-in. I was having a pretty terrible day, and they got us talking and sharing stories! It was really amazing!! The room was also very comfortable and the shower was luxurious!!! What an amazing find!

The best part for us was the proximity to the La Spezia Centrale train station. (An easy 5 minute walk.) The property manager that greeted us at the entrance was very nice and was helpful to us the entire stay. She was also very fluent in English and a good communicator in person and via WhatsApp. We had a very nice 3 night stay.

The couple that greeted us were amazing!!’ They told us all about the area and how to get around. Everything was clean and they were great at communicating whenever we had any questions. The room was a little dark - we didn’t have a view but we only used the room to sleep and get ready. Highly recommended this property- super close to the train station.

Highly recommend!

Wow! This little inn is a hidden gem! It was immaculately clean, the host was very accommodating, and it had air conditioning that we could adjust to our comfort level. We stayed in connected family rooms, with the parents in one room, a Jack and Jill bathroom in between, and the kids' room with twin beds on the other side of the bathroom. It was perfect for our family. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you were visiting the Cinque Terre region.

The owner greeted me personally as I was walking down the street lugging around my heavy luggage. He took my luggage and helped me carry it to the hotel. Such an amazing warm and helpful touch. I found both Simone and Elisa kind and hospitable and made my stay feel like I was with family. Thank you so much.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Central station and close to city centre places to eat. Elisa gave us such a watm welcome, suggesting where we could go to get breakfast and highlighting some of the local sights. The room was comfortable - my sons enjoyed having their own linked adjacent room. There is scaffolding currently around the building which limited how much the windows could open - but that wasn’t a problem as the weather was so hot and the air conditioning was very good.

La Spezia Quick Visit

The service at the hotel was the best. The staff member reached out and gave me all the details and info I needed. She was accommodating and kind. The room was just off the street so I could hear traffic and people but it was not disruptive for sleeping. There were stairs so I'm not sure what accessible options are available. It was located close to all that the city had to offer for historic attractions. The rating was a but low in my opinion as it was a solid 9/10 for me.

Omg... The staff is absolutely amazing. We were arriving late but that had no problem assisting us getting to the hotel. Elisa was a darling. She kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and tried to assist us getting back to the hotel after trainitalia personnel was striking. This part was frustrating but it is what it is. The hotel was super clean and not far from the train for commute. Definitely a great spot of you want to to stay in La Spezia.

Simple but very clean and conveniently located…

This was a rather simple butt very convenient lodging alternative. Rooms are very basic, but you have everything you need, especially for short stays. All the property was very clean and the owner (Celia? I think) and her husband are both very kind, attentive and incredibly helpful; they provided us with extremely detailed directions for virtually anything we needed during our stay! The train station is a 3-5 minute walk (where you can also find a large underground paid parking garage), and there are a number of great dining options in the pedestrian street that is virtually one block behind the property. This is a highly recommended alternative!!

We were greeted by Elisa who was kind enough to let us check-in earlier as we had two tired kids. We had the two connecting double rooms which were very clean. Comfortable beds and great AC. Unfortunately the window couldnt really open because there was construction in that side of the street (and the room is on the ground floor) but luckily the room was bright enough with lighting. It is in a great area around the corner from all the restaurants and about a 5 block walk to the main train station which you will need to take if you also plan to take day trips to Cinque Terre or other areas such as Portofino. Elisa was a very nice and friendly person and gave us good recommendations on what to do around the area. :)
