It is easily accessible from La Spezia Central Station, about a 1-minute walk away. Therefore, arriving by car is not recommended due to the difficulty of finding parking.

La Spezia falls within climate zone D. This means that, according to the

Italian climate classification, the city has a moderately cold climate in

winter, so heating systems may be turned on for a maximum of

12 hours per day, from November 1st to April 15th. During

this period, a fee of euro 10/day will be applied to

compensate for heating costs for bookings lasting more than 15 days.

Security deposit: A security deposit of Euro100.00 is required to book the property. This amount will be refunded within 2 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and provided no damage or issues are found.
