La struttura è complessivamente molto piacevole e il soggiorno è stato buono, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare. Il parcheggio pubblico gratuito è comodo e si trova facilmente. Da lì, però, bisogna proseguire a piedi attraverso alcune stradine per raggiungere l’hotel: la segnaletica è davvero troppo discreta e le indicazioni poco chiare. Anche con Google Maps abbiamo avuto difficoltà; senza sarebbe stato praticamente impossibile. Servirebbero cartelli molto più visibili. L’hotel mi aveva inviato un numero di cellulare, ma senza spiegare che, dopo le 19:00, non essendoci reception, fosse necessario contattarli via WhatsApp per poter entrare. Siamo arrivati la sera, abbiamo suonato e lo staff è sembrato sorpreso del nostro arrivo, nonostante la camera fosse già pagata. Dopo tre telefonate abbiamo finalmente ricevuto il codice di accesso: sarebbe bastato inviare queste semplici istruzioni in anticipo. Camera e struttura sono molto gradevoli e curate. Colazione buona e staff disponibile e impegnato a risolvere i problemi. Da segnalare però due inconvenienti: la doccia superiore non funzionava perché la leva era bloccata, quindi era utilizzabile solo la doccetta. Inoltre, la seconda notte si è guastato l’interruttore di una luce della camera, che è rimasta accesa per tutta la notte. Nel complesso un buon hotel, con personale disponibile, ma organizzazione dell’arrivo e manutenzione possono essere migliorate.
