A charming 68-square-meter apartment, ideal for 5 people, located on the second floor of a building with an lift (5–6 steps to reach it). It is centrally located, just a 7-minute walk from the La Spezia Centrale train station.

The apartment is in a very convenient location for getting around La Spezia as well as for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre. The apartment consists of a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.

The68-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an lift (5–6 steps to reach it).



The layout is as follows:

- OPEN-CONCEPT KITCHEN with a gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and a dining table;

- BEDROOM I with two single beds, a closet, a desk, a TV, and a split A/C unit;

- BEDROOM II with three single beds, a closet, a desk, split A/C, a TV, and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY (accessible from the bedroom with three single beds).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, split-system air conditioning (ONLY in the two bedrooms), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: There is a step in the bathroom.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

Area Description

Just a few kilometres from the border with Tuscany, La Spezia is one of the must-see destinations in Liguria. The city lies at the heart of one of the most beautiful stretches of the Ligurian coast, the Gulf of Poets, which has captivated artists and poets alike. The entire province of La Spezia, nestled between the sea and the mountains, is characterised by idyllic beaches, cliffs, villages, and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the gateway to some of Italy’s top attractions, such as the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but it also offers noteworthy sights right in the city centre. From the La Spezia bus station, you can easily reach the beautiful town of Lerici (note: Lerici is located in a restricted traffic zone).

Getting Around the Area

- From Pisa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Pisamover shuttle from the airport to Pisa Central Station, where you’ll need to take regional train 18361 to La Spezia Central Station, a 7-minute walk from the apartment;



- From La Spezia Centrale Station, you can easily walk to the apartment in 8 minutes;



- For those travelling by car, both free and paid street parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the property.
