Clean room great host and easy connections
The room was clean and comfortable. Daniel gave us a warm welcome and shared great tips for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The location is just outside the center, but very convenient with a bus stopping right in front, taking you quickly to the city center and train station.

It's very clean, has everything you need. There is a bus stop right next to the entrance that goes to the center and the train station. I would recommend it to anyone traveling in the area. The owner is very kind.

Unusual, just three double rooms and a small breakfast room, breakfast supervised by Daniel, the owner, so intimate. Room was good with a decent bathroom and good shower.
Big bed, but not very comfortable and lumpy pillows. A lot of traffic noise; the property is on a main road.
Bus stop right outside and supermarket next door.
Daniel and his wife are attentive and friendly.

L'extérieur ne paie pas de mine mais l'intérieur est très très bien, les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et sont de très bons conseils pour les visites.
Arrêt de bus à 50 mètres. Parking public gratuit et tout autour de l'hôtel. Petit par sa taille, cet hôtel n'a rien a envier à certains grands.
