absolute misery

The water was shut off when we arrived. There was 1 roll of TP for the month stay. No real instruction for how things worked. The level of noise was not something we expected at all. The noise/partying on the street just below would go to 2 or 3 am. Our beds would vibrate from the sound. The pictures are deceptive, and we left after only about 8 days or so into our stay. As we felt we had been lied to, we believe we should receive at least some compensation. It was something at truly affected how we enjoyed our time in Italy. We went to other locations. I don't know that I would trust VRBO again
