This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. I think the only possible issue was the very steep stairs that might not be good for older guests or young children. All said, we’ll definitely be back again.

Great location

Great location, newly redecorated. The communication was good, but they use WhatsApp, which is uncommen from the land I come from.

Overall, check-in was easy. The location was great. The room itself was nice if it weren't for the absolutely horrendous stench of sewage and the clogged sinks in the bathroom. The smell was horrific, it actually made me nauseous. The upstairs room was not as bad so we slept upstairs. We attempted to contact guest services but, they apparently only respond during the day not in the evening or early mornings. When they finally did respond to our message about the smell and the clogged sinks, they said the smell was because of the restaurant next door. They sent a maid to unclog the sink which only ended up causing the other sink to clog. The smell was still horrific and they were not helpful or apologetic in anyway. They offered no alternatives, no discount, nothing. And I can assure you, the smell wasn't fish from the restaurant next door. It wreaked of sewage smell. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have zero sense of smell - and even then I'm not sure that is sanitary.

Quarto novo, mobilario e roupas de camas novos, closet e ófimo banheiro. Localização fantástico, no centro, cercado de restaurantes, supermercados e lojas. Café da manhã muito bom.

Fin og stor leilighet med god beliggenhet i sentrum av La Spezia. Kort gange til alt man trenger: havn, togstasjon, spisesteder og supermarked. Kommer du i bil anbefales Europa Park på Piazza Europa (7-8 min gange fra (leilighet). God kapasitet til grei pris €37 for 2 netter/48 timer.
