"Phenomenal staff, hotel was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. Parking was easy and convenient. Only negative is our room got extremely hot and the air conditioning didn’t work. "

"The property itself was ok. Bed was comfortable, close to the local attractions. The turnoff for us was the fact that the room was 29 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner didn't work. We went to the front desk and explained this to the gentleman and he said that the air conditioners don't work. I asked if they worked in any room and he said no. Given, each room has a mini-split system so there's no reason for them to not work other than they don't want them to work. I asked him if he could then it on in our room and he looked at his computer then came back about a minute later and said no, he wouldn't turn it on for us. So, there you are, hotel is nice, location is nice, but the place certainly isn't comfortable and the front desk did not want to take appropriate action to address this. "

"Parking was good but would have been better to have a designated unloading and loading area. Only if you had lots of ski luggage like us"

"Hotel is a bit shabby but still a nice place for the value. No bikes, which was disappointing because they have pix of bikes. Could not adjust heater other than opening window."

"Host was exceptional! My husband and I often stay in apartments. The was the best appointed. It had everything you needed. The welcome basket with food and snacks was fabulous. Apartment was immaculate. I would go back."

"The hotel is average. It is connected to the Carlton hotel where you check in and have breakfast. It appears to be much more expensive for no particular reason "

"What a fabulous apartment!!! We were warmly greeted by our wonderful host who kindly took us through everything. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and has everything you need. It is located about 15 minutes walk from the town centre with a nice supermarket across the road. The train station is about a 25 minute walk with the train to Venice an easy 35 minute ride. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again. "
