The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, plus dishes and utensils for 5. The living room offers a corner sofa for 5, an armchair, and a TV. The bathroom with toilet and shower is on the ground floor. A baby bed, booster seat, and baby bath are available.



Air conditioning is in every room. You also have a washing machine in the adjoining utility room. Outside, relax in your private garden on a fenced plot with 2 parking spaces and a secure storage room, plus a covered terrace with motorized awning, furniture, and barbecue. Sun loungers are provided.



Access to a shared aquatic complex with heated pool, lagoon, waterslide, and children's pool, as well as a playground and table tennis. Many activities and lively evenings are offered in summer. Onsite: pétanque, tennis, mini-golf, children's games, and a park with animals (goats, donkeys, etc.). Cycle paths nearby, several parks within 3 km. Dune du Pilat and ocean beaches 8–10 km, lake 10 km, beach 3 km. Shops close by. Onsite: restaurant, hairdresser, wellness area, convenience store, and bike rental.



Towels and bed linen are not included. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility; otherwise, cleaning service is available for an extra charge.
