Summer vacations

Perfect villa in Pyla. Close to the beach and the amenities. Well decorated and equipped. Not the cheapest alternative but corresponds to what you are paying for. The owners were there to welcome us and available to address any question during our stay.

Lovely Location

The house is 3 minutes walk from the beach, and about the same to a supermarket, boulangerie, boucherie and fishmonger - so ideally located. The house is well laid out with 4 bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The house has air-conditioning - which is excellent. The kitchen is small but there is a large rear area with full barbecue kit. The garden is small but well equipped and a good place to sit and relax or eat. There was an issue with the wifi which the owner dealt with quickly. Beatrice - the owner - was a delight to deal with.We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly come back again.

Location décevante

Maison avec Charme mais située entre 2 discothèques avec soirées "Ibiziennes" jusqu'à l'aube. Une salle de bain condamnée qui nous a conduit à utiliser la douche externe mais avec de l'eau froide les trois quart du temps. Mon numéro de téléphone a été donné à tous les corps de métier partie prenante pour la réparation du chauffe-eau et de la salle de bain défaillante. Ce qui nous a valu des coups de fils journaliers et 3 interventions infructueuses qui nous ont obligé de nous rendre disponibles à chaque fois. A un tel prix, le client en vacances n'est pas là pour s'occuper des réparations à réaliser mais s'attendrait bien à pouvoir pleinement profiter de son séjour. En plus : Electroménager de moyenne gamme Des souris à signaler dans le garde-manger qui se sont régalées de nos courses, Wifi instable Séjour gâché, dommage

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Meer und zu den kleinen Geschäften der Umgebung ist prima. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns mit unseren Kindern sofort wohl gefühlt. Gerne haben wir die Außenküche genutzt. Tatsächlich kann die Geräuschkulisse durch Straßenverkehr und Passanten manchmal etwas lauter sein.

We rented this house jointly with two families in the month of July and had a wonderful stay. The house itself: the photos are fully representative of the house. It is an old mansion, so hot water for the shower may take some time, but we did not consider that an issue at all. The house was spacy enough for the 8 of us (and would be for 10, too). It's relatively cool even when it's blazing hot outside. It has a lot of charm. Facade should be remodeled, which is due according to our Hosts. The garden: pretty nice, although some consider the concrete court less charming. Outdoor Sofas are there. Great plancha in the back yard so you can grill fish or meats, veggies. A bit noisy due to traffic. The Location: the house is located close enough to "downtown" Le Moulleau and Pyla. It sits on the main street connecting Arcachon to Pyla, although nicely hidden behind trees and Vegetation. Great Job on the gardening! This means - and that was the kick for us - that the place is about 80m away from the beach, which was great. At the same time, this also means that traffic can be a bit loud, in particular on Weekends, at nights when crowds come home from Clubs or when People celebrate Soccer world Championship victory (rare occurrence). Shops (veggies / fish / meats / baker / Supermarket / tabac-presse) within short Walking distance (3 minutes?). Easy walk to "downtown" Moulleau (8-10 minutes). The Hosts: A very gentle and charming Family, very considerate. Great People to know. All in all, we had a great vacation.

Tout est conforme à la description ou plus car une chambre et le salon de jardin ont été refaits ainsi que des détails de déco 3eme sejour...grands parents,enfants et petits enfants ont tous retrouvé la maison avec plaisir car même à 10 chacun a largement son espace Un plus certain , l'option linge fourni... Maison idéalement située au bord de la mer. Spacieuse et bien équipée. Seul petit bémol, les chambres situées côté rue sont assez bruyantes vu la situation au bord de la route menant à Arcachon. Sinon tout ok

Location tout à fait conforme au descriptif.Patience et disponibilité de la propriétaire à répondre à toutes les questions ( également par la personne qui accueille).Espace de vie sans pb pour 10 personnes à l'interieur comme a l'extérieur y compris pour les repas car bien protégé par la végétation ( plancha extérieure tres pratique). Les + pratiques : commerces de proximité et plage a quelques minutes d'ou possibilité de vacances sans voiture. Petits et grands de 6 à 72 ans sont prêts à revenir

"Maison et extérieurs agréables mais bruyants puisque en bordure de la principale rue du Pyla, trés passante. Equipement pour la batterie de cuisine à revoir (éléments rouillés, vieux )Fauteuils de salons recouverts de plaids car moisis et tâchés, ce qui est fort dommage pour le prix de location.Dernier point , vous ne pouvez avoir d''eau chaude dans la salle de bains du haut si on en utilise en bas ( pas trés pratique à plusieurs ) et mauvais écoulement de la douche.Beaucoup de choses à revoir pour une maison bien conçue et claire.Cette maison mériterait des équipements neufs et propres et non pas de la récup."
