This charming villa planted in height allow you to set you near the beaches and stay safe in the family. This villa has five bedrooms including three on the first floor and two on the ground floor. A fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook while not suffering the drawbacks .... (Dishwasher, oven, microwave ...). The living room and dining room have seen on the basin, you will find a flat screen TV, DVD player, radio cd ...
On the ground floor, two bedrooms have also seen on the basin (one double bed and one bunk bed). A shower room is also located on the ground floor. You will also find for your convenience a washing machine and dryer and another fridge. A large terrace allows you to eat in peace and enjoy including the barbecue. WIFI included.


A garden, allow your children to play in an enclosed area with a swing. Here you can also park up to three cars. One possibility to rent bikes have proposed during your stay.

Nous étions 6 et la maison s y prête très bien mais pas plus :cuisine refaite mais:une seule Sdb à l étage pour 6 et au réz de chaussée 2 chambres adulte et enfants+douche aménagée dans l ancien garage humide:aménagements pas au top dans les chambres,(sommier de 140 avec matelas de 160 dans l une et tout 140 pour l autre) ;rien pour poser trousse de toilette dans la 2nde;aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement L accès à la plage se fait en descente à 200 m sur une petite plage ….la vue et le quartier sont au top même si loin des commerces( nous avons loué des vélos! Idéal!)

Belle villa tout confort sur 2 étages, située dans un quartier résidentiel. Du salon, vue apaisante sur l'océan sur la pointe du Cap Ferret et le banc d'Arguin. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir du beau temps tous les jours, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et le jardin de la maison, on peut profiter du soleil ou bien se mettre à l'ombre des grands arbres du jardin pour observer les écureuils qui se chamaillent. Les plages à quelques mètres de la maison, ne sont accessibles qu'à marée basse, sinon il faut marcher 200 à 300m pour se rendre à la plage de la Corniches sur la dune du pyla. Je recommande.

Villa très bien située, à proximité de la dune et de la plage. Belle vue sur la mer et la pointe du Cap Ferret. A cinq, nous n'avons utilisé que l'étage principal, spacieux et bien équipé, et pas les 2 chambres du rez-de-chaussée, accessibles depuis l'extérieur. Séjour agréable; nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette magnifique maison avec une vue splendide sur l’océan. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel de Pyla sur mer, à quelques minutes à pied de la Dune du Pilat. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable, la wifi fonctionne parfaitement et tout est conforme à la description de la maison . Nous avons été très bien accueillis à l'arrivée et le propriétaire a été disponible et sympathique. Je recommande vivement.

Cette villa est idéalement placée, à 2 pas de la mer et 200 mètres du bas de la dune du Pyla. Nous avons eu un temps très ensoleillé avec tous les petits déjeuners à l'extérieur sous un store banne côté Est et tous les apéros du soir sur la terrasse côté Ouest avec couchers de soleil sur la mer ! Le mobilier est bien choisi et confortable. Nous y reviendrons je l'espère

Déceptions...

Il n'est pas noté dans l'annonce qu'il faut sortir de la maison pour accéder aux chambres du RDC qui sont en fait dans le garage. Le vernis du plancher qui se décolle en " paillettes" est fort désagréable. La mauvaise insonorisation du 1 er étage est insupportable pour ceux qui dorment au RDC. La cuisine est très bien équipée, mais cette maison est idéale pour 6 personnes ( il n'y a pas assez de chaises pour 10)En revanche, sa localisation et la vue sur le bassin sont magnifiques.

Maison au Pyla à 2 pas de la Dune

Maison très agréable de par son agencement et sa situation. À 2 pas de la Dune du PYLA. L'essentiel de la maison est à l'étage : cuisine (très bien équipée) , salon-salle à manger, 3 chambres, 1 belle SDD, WC et une vue magnifique permettant de vivre des couchers de soleil exceptionnels... Attenant au garage 2 chambres, un WC, une cabine de douche (pas de salle de douche/bain) mais pratique et il y a un point d'eau dans chaque chambre du rdc. Le jardin est très agréable et équipé : table, chaises, salon de jardin.... Le séjour a été parfait. Gestion de l'entrée et sortie : parfaite ! À faire et refaire...

tres jolie maison bien équipéeet située à quelques pas de la corniche et de la plage du Pyla je recommande cette location (voiture conseillée pour les courses) à ceux qui n'ont pas de de problème de mobilité
