Villa of 90 m2 fully equipped with wooded and fenced park
200 m from the beach, 50 m from cycle paths, 800 m sailing club + shops + children's play area
- Three large bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 x 2 bunk beds 90 in the children's room).
- Bathroom with shower + heated towel rail - separate WC,
- Fully equipped separate kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, pyrolysis oven, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, express, etc.
- Living / dining room equipped with table + chairs with TV and Wifi.
Possibility on request: cot + stroller + high chair + baby bath
