LA TRANCHE SUR MER, Le Phare, Corps de Garde beach, house located in a cul-de-sac for a holiday in a preserved natural environment (1400 m² sandy plot with pine trees, partially unfenced). Part of the land is on the dune with some uneven areas: caution is advised for young children. Easy parking on the property.

Ground floor: bright living room/kitchen area facing south, large French doors opening onto a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture. Two adjoining bedrooms, each with access to the terrace: one bedroom with a bunk bed (140 cm), one bedroom with a single bed (140 cm), one bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet.

First floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (120 cm), and a shower room with a sink, shower, and toilet. Amenities: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, television, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, cot, high chair.
Location: Approximately 200 m from the ocean beach (lifeguard supervised in summer), playground 1000 m away in the middle of the forest, and 3500 m from the town center with all shops.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season.

Tolles Haus direkt hinter der Düne

Wir hatten mit unseren 4 Kindern einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr groß, optimal mit Kindern. Das Grundstück liegt direkt hinter der Düne, man kann das Meer hören. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straße ist total ruhig, da nur Fußgänger und Radfahrer hier lang kommen, es gibt keinen öffentlichen Autoparkplatz. Da das Haus eine U-Form hat, liegt die Terrasse windgeschützt. Der Garten ist sehr groß und eingezäunt, ideal zum Spielen. Ein Gartenschlauch ermöglicht leichtes Abspülen von Neos und Spielzeug. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus scheint noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein für die Vermietung, es werden noch neue Böden eingesetzt und einige private Dinge sind auch noch zu finden. Spielzeug für die Kinder ist auch vorhanden (Lego/Duplo/Puppensachen/Spiele für Indoor und Outdoor). Am Haus war kein Grill, den hätte uns aber BleuMarine (Immobilienverwaltung vor Ort) zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kontakt mit BleuMarine war sehr freundlich. Bei Abreise konnten wir den Schlüssel dort in den Briefkasten werfen und waren nicht auf einen Übergabetermin angewiesen. Rundum ein tolles Ferienhaus, hat alles gepasst und wenn die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist, super!
