Single-story, semi-detached house in a holiday residence, with a private, enclosed garden. Private parking space. Tastefully decorated interior.

Living room with kitchenette (opening onto a veranda), two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), shower room, and WC.

Amenities: ceramic hob (4 burners), electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, TV, and garden furniture.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation: €70 flat rate. Linens are not provided.
Location: approx. 850 m from the beach, 900 m from the "Auniscéane" aquatic center (swimming pool, hammam, sauna, etc.), 1000 m from the shopping center, and 1900 m from the town center.
Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season.
Pets are not allowed.

About 850m from the beach, 900m from the "Auniscéane" aquatic center (swimming pool, hammam, sauna...), 1,000m from the shopping center and 1,900m from the town centre.
La Tranche sur Mer has had the "European Blue Flag" label since 2002, so you can discover 13km of fine sandy beaches there. For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing. The swimming pool with leisure pool of 370m2 and 4 lanes of 25m and a fitness area with a sauna, hammam and spa.

Sols sales à notre arrivée présence de nombreuses toiles d’araignées donc nous avons débuté notre séjour par une séance de ménage! Odeur d’humidité dans le placard de chambre, mobilier assez désuet qui mériterait un remplacement Moustiquaires des fenêtres arrières fortement dégradées Bref nous n'y retournerons pas
