Lovely and unusual property

Really quaint and unique place with a huge front garden. Only shame is the owner could do with updating some of the slightly tired (cheap) furniture, and providing a sun lounger or two considering the size of the garden. Overall though a lovely house and a fabulous french seaside town.

Gefallen hat uns das Haus an sich. Für 2 Personen empfehlenswert..Wenn man Haustiere erlaubt, wäre es schön wenn die Sauberkeit mehr kontolliert wird. Überall waren Hundehaare die wir erst einmal selber beseitigen mussten. Die Auststattung des Hauses ist sehr einfach und in der Küche fehlt es an grundlegenden Dingen. In der oberen Etage lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen und entsprechend heiß wird es mit zunehmender Außentemperatur. Der Check In war umständlich, die Mitarbeiterin in der Agentur unfreundlich und genervt, Anreisetag halt. Kaution, Touristengebühr, Reinigungspauschale, bezahlen und Schlüssel in die Hand drücken fertig. Schön wäre wenn ein paar Infos im Haus wären, Einkaufen, Ärzte, Notrufnummern.....etc. Es ist alles irgendwie okay aber total lieblos.

Gute Lage, schönes Haus

Schönes Haus, toller Garten. Wir waren mit einem Hund da und es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, Ortsmitte und Strand. Das Bad ist etwas eng und die Schlafzimmer oben sind eine offene Galerie. Uns fehlte etwas Stauraum aber wir würden wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus mit Garten ist wirklich sehr schön, ruhig gelegen, dennoch Strand und Promenade fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung gebrauchen. Wir haben die große Terrasse genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Schlechte Erfahrung haben wir leider mit der Agentur vor Ort gemacht.

kleine gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein, nachteilig ist dass das obere Stochwerk offen ist als Familie okay. Aber mit Freunden?? Außerdem ist das Badezimmer relativ klein für mehrere Personen. Die Lage ist super zum Strand und ins Zentrum nur ein paar Minuten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühl...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen dank des großen Grundstücks, das tatsächlich schön naturbelassen und nicht verwahrlost ist.Leider fiel die letzten 3 Tage die Heizung aus. Reisetipps: Fontenay-Le-Comte (Rundgang nach Stadtplan aus Touristinfo),dort: Restaurant Le Cap'tain, rue du Port; am StadtrandChateau Terreneuve besichtigenin TSM: Restaurant Côté Bistrot direkt am Meer
