Welcome to this charming house with yellow shutters, ideal for a relaxing stay in La Tranche-sur-Mer with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 7 people. Nestled in a peaceful corner of the town, you will find a perfect setting to recharge and relax. But you can also enjoy numerous activities as the seaside resort of La Tranche-sur-Mer is labelled "Famille Plus" and ensures to offer many activities. Moreover, during July and August, a bus passes 200m from the house to drop you off at the beach or in the centre of La Tranche sur Mer, and all of this for free (shuttles every 15 minutes approximately).



The spacious 60m2 accommodation has a terrace in front of the house, the ideal place to relax reading a book while sipping a fresh juice or to prepare and enjoy delicious skewers and barbecue grills. Les plus:- voisinage tres calme, proximite de la foret, la boulangerie, un distributeur automatique de billets, une boite a clefs, un lave vaisselle surprise! un wifi au topLes moins:- il n'y a pas d'ombre et la photo avec un arbre est un horrible mensonge! la maison est petite pour 7 personnes. Il n'y a que 7 petites cuilleres, pas de pince a crabe, le matelas en bas n'est pas fait pour dormir ( beaucoup trop mou!) les escaliers grincent tellement qu'on ne peut pas aller aux toilettes sans reveiller tout le monde.
