Each room (including the toilets) is FACE MER, with a breathtaking view of the Ile de Ré.
TERRACE of 55 m², and its land overlooking the beach. POSSIBLE DIRECT ACCESS
Large garage with mezzanine.
SLEEPING CAPACITY: 1 140X190 bed in the bedroom (memory mattress) - sofa bed type 130 cm width in the living room.(EPEDA)
