VILLA UNDER THE PINS 100 M FROM THE BEACH 12 PEOPLE

  • In a pine forest by the sea, a charming bungalow with a living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC, a shower room, 1 WC, 6 bedrooms (+ one possible): 2 with a bed of 160, 1 with 2 beds of 80, 2 with 2 beds of 90, 1 with 3 beds of 90. Practical, comfortable and easy to live in, close to the sea but safe even with small children, who have a climbing frame. Everything you need in a house of this size is provided. Sheets and towels are to be brought by the tenants. The house is supplied clean and must be returned in the same way, either by the tenants or by calling the cleaning lady, to be paid by the tenants.

Notre semaine en famille

Cuisine assez petite pour autant de personnes, pas de wifi et réseau assez limité, mais emplacement idéal, calme, avec grand jardin, endroit sans passage ni bruit, proximité de la plage à pieds!!! Intérieur chaleureux et pratique, chambres indépendantes, accueil sympathique par les gérants.

au calme sous les pins...

...et à deux pas de la plage! Un cadre parfait pour des vacances familiales (la maison est très bien équipée pour cela) où petits et grands cohabitent paisiblement tout en respectant le rythme de chacun.

Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre maison au milieu des pins. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, au grand calme. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, le confort des chambres ( lavabo dans 2 chambres) et les équipement pour la cuisine, les repas dehors, les apéro sur la terrasse, la petite table pour les jeunes enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous dans cette maison de famille ! Nous, espérons bien pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.

Très bon accueil. Séjour agréable car, heureusement, nous avons eu beau temps. S'il avait fait mauvais temps, la table du séjour aurait été insuffisante pour les repas. Les ados ont apprécié le ping-pong et la proximité de la plage.

Maison de plein pied en bordure de mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, 8 adultes, pour les grandes marées d'octobre. Le lieu est très calme et très agréable sous les pins. L’accès à la mer est très rapide et facile.

Es war ein superschöner Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Besonders Schön war der Außenbereich und die Nähe zum Strand. Ideal für Groß und Klein! Es war rundum ein gelungener Urlaub wir kommen gerne wieder! !

Une semaine sous les pins

Nous étions 4 familles avec 8 enfants en bas âge. Nous avons apprécié le calme sous les pins (le camping voisin n'est absolument pas gênant) et l'accès très facile à la plage et aux commerces à pied depuis la maison : un coin sauvage préservé du monde et du bruit ! La disposition des pièces demande un peu d'organisation (salle de bain /toilettes /petite cuisine) mais les parents ont bien profité de leur semaine de retrouvailles sous le soleil et les enfants ont particulièrement adoré la balançoire et le "botogan". Nous retenons l'adresse pour y revenir !

Excellente adresse pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants. La cuisine est trés bien équipée et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Pour les repas à l'extérieur il y a toutes les tables et les chaises à disposition. Le grand atout de cette maison est quelle est à 2 mn à pied de la plage. Nous avons tous bien profité des baignades et des promenades sur la plage.

très belle propriété et cadre de vie très calme.idéal pour jeunes enfants.dommage que certaines chambres n'ont pas accès aux toilettes de l'intérieur.à notre arrivée,le ménage était moyen,nous l'avons laissé plus propre à notre départ.la vaisselle était grasse,tout passé au lave-vaisselle avant de s'en servir.quel est le rôle de la femme de ménage.

Maison bien situé au calme dans les pins. Très bien équipé et l'accès à la plage est vraiment un plus. Le jardin dans les pins est top pour les enfants. Locations top pour des vacances en famille.
