"Ludivine, la propriétaire est une personne très chaleureuse et très accueillante. La chambre est petite mais bien décorée et très fonctionnelle: il y a l'équipement maximum dans le minimum de place! L'accès au jardin avec table, chaises et transats est très appréciable. La salle de bain et les toilettes sont à partager avec l'autre chambre d'hôtes mais tout le monde est respectueux des lieux. Préfailles est vraiment accesible à pied: charmante petite ville balnéaire avec quelques bons restaus et...

"Pros: Une chambre confortable avec une literie de très bonne qualité, une salle de bain récente et très fonctionnelle, le tout d'une propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner bien copieux! M et Mme Gérard nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et ont été de bon conseil pour nous guider dans la découverte de leur belle région. Un séjour très positif que nous recommandons."

"Top, Top.........idéalement situé , une très jolie maison et notre chambre très belle ..un lit très confortable, un petit déjeuner génial avec yaourts, confitures, cakes maison et cela en plus des croissants et du pain frais !! "A lovely hotel set right on the beach with beautiful views. We chose it for the Tati connection. Friendly staff and a comfortable room with terrace. Pretty little town which felt safe and welcoming. It was a shame there was no drinks fridge in the room, as it was so hot and the parasol was out of order. We had an excellent stay, visiting Pornichet market, La Baule, Gerande and Le Croisic. Lovely swims in the sea."

"We were welcomed by a friendly member of staff who went through everything about the hotel. He spoke very good English, which we appreciated. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4, lots of space, comfy and clean. The pool was an added bonus to cool off in during the recent heatwave. We will happily stay at this hotel again when we return to France."

"We stayed as a family of four, and had a wonderful time. We’d never been to Pornichet and didn’t know where to stay, but couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and to local hospitality spots. We would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!"
