"Room was clean. Hotel itself was safe and secure. A little noisy outside the hotel, but that's not the hotels fault - just the nature of the area. The terrace was great with amazing views, service, music, food and drinks. The location is prime. Staff was helpful and friendly. AC in my room worked fine. Water was hot for showers. No complaints and I will stay here for all my Medellin future trips."
