Overall it was a great stay for our anniversary. Unfortunately, we had to cancel massage and IV service because the property denied access for our licensed therapist during business hours. I wish this had been communicated before booking. Otherwise, the restaurant is top-notch and the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast was great every morning the rooftop restaurant also had some delicious food and drink. The location of the hotel is nice felt very safe - was disappointed there was no spa at the hotel as advertised. I tried to get a therapist to come to me but the front desk would only recommend a spa that I’d have to take a taxi too - luckily my local tour guide arranged for someone to come to me.

This is a well-designed place with great breakfast. It was a good choice for a stay with a four year old -- lots of playgrounds near by (at the UVA park and at the Tesoro shopping mall).
