The property is in a great location, close to all of our favorite activities in La Ventana including wind sports at Playa Central, great restaurants, pickle ball, mountain biking, and more. It has a great view of the mountains and sunset. There is covered parking and a small garage which is large enough for a few bikes and gear. Working with the property manager Ana Luisa was excellent, she is very responsive and helpful when needed. A few items of interest regarding this property are the stairs and the occasional power outages. It’s on the 4th floor, a climb up 55 stairs which is a bit of a challenge after a long day’s activities. And the power can go out occasionally. But the views and the roof top patio including a hot tub make this a place we would definitely recommend.
