The staff were always helpful and kind. They asked me about my trip and I mentioned that it was my birthday and when I came back later that day they had left me a bottle of champagne and some chocolates. First rate.

Hotel VIC
Check in was automated and the code I was sent was incorrect so I wasted 45 minutes getting to my room. The room was large at first glance but there was no bathroom as such and it was cold.
