The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed thoughtfully between the main level and the upper floor. On the main level, the spacious and bright living room welcomes you with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, and opens directly onto one of the 3 balconies, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, the ski run, and the surrounding countryside. The adjoining dining room provides an elegant space for shared meals, while the open kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary needs. A shower and WC complete the facilities on this level.
