Really lovely and quirky house. Great pool, although too late in the season for us to really use it. Excellent tennis court and basketball hoop - lots of fun. Excellent access to the Gorge and various hikes. Highly recommend.

Teenage dream!

A fabulous, quirky house spread over many levels with all the mod cons ensured a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing! We loved our stay and meeting our lovely, friendly and helpful host.

Ein wunderschönes altes Anwesen, verwinkelt und charmant. Abseits und herrlich ruhig, wenn man das mag. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind größer als wir es erwartet haben. Es war alles gepflegt und hat funktioniert. Uns hat die Woche nicht gereicht, wir möchten wiederkommen.

Großartiges Haus, das liebevoll renoviert wurde und mit seinem Charme überzeugt! Die Lage ist weit abseits der Touristenströme, es lässt sich also mit gepflegtem Pool und Tennisplatz ganz fantastisch zur Ruhe kommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass direkt hinter dem Haus der Wanderweg zu einem kleinen Strand in den Schluchten führt. Ein anderer Weg führt zu einem fantastischen Aussichtspunkt! Die Gastgeber, die nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so konnten wir uns schnell in der Gegend zurechtfinden und bekamen super Tipps, um essen zu gehen. Für alle die gerne selbst kochen, gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen Holzkohle-Grill!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (9 Personen) in dem Haus und hatten wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt.Das Haus ist in seinem Aufbau einzigartig mit seinen zwei Innenhöfen, den ganzen Treppen, den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und seiner Ausstattung. Super, dass jedes der vier großen Schlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Bad verbunden war.Den Tennisplatz, der richtig gut in Schuss war, den Basketballkorb und den Swimmingpool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, auch den Petanque-Platz mit den vorhandenen Boule-Kugeln. Die Tischtennisplatte war aufgrund des defekten Netzes leider keine wirkliche Option.Die Küchenausstattung ist fantastisch: von allem ist mehr als genug vorhanden.Der Vermieter war in seiner zurückhaltenden Art äußerst angenehm und half, wenn man ein Problem hatte (Wespennetz, Tennisbälle auf der Pferdekoppel), umgehend.Über einen etwa halbstündigen Fußweg kann man eine wunderschöne Stelle der Ardèche erwandern – sehr lohnenswert!Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann ist das vielleicht der Zustand der Pool-Umgebung (viel Unkraut, wacklige Fliesen, etwas unstabile Sonnenschirme) und die allgemeine Sauberkeit des alten urigen Hauses (z.B. Küchenutensilien), in welches es bei Unwetter zum Teil auch hineinregnet. Damit haben wir uns aber gut arrangieren können.

Belle maison authentique près de L’Ardèche Rivière

Belle maison authentique, propre et dotée de nombreuses chambres spacieuses, chacune avec salle de bain et toilettes privatives. Nous avons été enthousiasmés par les nombreuses pièces de la maison. La cuisine est bien équipée avec suffisamment de vaisselle. Le jardin est magnifique, avec piscine, court de tennis et terrain de pétanque. Raquettes et balles sont également à disposition. Un grand plus : la possibilité de se rendre à pied à une petite plage en Ardèche (à une demi-heure). Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques. Nous espérons y retourner. Merci beaucoup.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und groß. Auch mit einer großen Gruppe hat man noch viel Privatsphäre, da auch jedes Doppelzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Die Sportangebote sind super in der Unterkunft. Auch die Küchenausstattung war erstaunlich gut und obendrein waren die Gastgeber sehr freundlich!Allgemein alles wirklich sehr schön! Um die Gegend zu erkunden, empfehle ich mit dem Auto anzureisen.Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Bon séjour agréable, l'ensemble est bien équipé. le logement est aménagé de manière atypique dans un ancien lieu-dit. L'ensemble dispose d'activités variées (piscine, terrain de pétanque, terrain de tennis, volley, basket...). La propriété est isolée et proche de circuit de randonnée. Le séjour a été agréable et au calme. Seul bémol, la chaleur avec un logement qui n'est pas climatisé.

Magnifique propriété où nous avons passé une semaine fantastique (4 adultes et 4 enfants de 9 à 12 ans)! Malgré la chaleur, la piscine et la terrasse sous arcades nous ont permis de rester au "frais" et merci pour les ventilateurs dans les chambres! En parlant de chambre, il s'agit plutôt de 4 suites tellement elles sont grandes! Tout le matériel est à disposition, de la Senseo, à la machine à laver, en passant par le lave-vaisselle (pratique à 8!), et jusqu'aux ustensiles de cuisine divers et variés. Le barbecue au charbon a fonctionné toute la semaine pour faire honneur aux vacances! Excellente communication avec notre hôte pendant le séjour. A conseiller, le canoë sur l'Ardèche ou les grottes à proximité (les 14°C ont été appréciés 😜) En bref, des adultes et des enfants ravis, un grand merci pour ces beaux souvenirs!

Superbe !

Notre séjour nous a vraiment beaucoup plu. Le gîte est atypique et plein de charme. Nous sommes partis en famille (3 générations) et chacun a profité des lieux qui permettent de se retrouver tous ensemble comme de se ménager des moments au calme. L’emplacement est au calme mais proche de nombreuses activités. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Vous êtes un amoureux de vielles pierres, de lieux insolites dans un écrin de verdure...vous avez frappé à la bonne porte. Un chouette séjour en famille (6 adultes et 4 enfants) nous avons manqué de rien : des pièces immenses, un terrain de jeux au goût de tous et des hôtes disponibles et chaleureux. Un grand merci.

Très bon accueil, hôte réactif, aux petits soins et très sympathique ! Super gîte avec beaucoup de cachet et avec terrain de tennis, piscine, dans un magnifique cadre. Détente en Ardèche
