  • Along the Mediterranean coast there are few places that have such a great view, as. From the terrace of the apartment Bellavista With a location 250 meters above sea level you have a grandiose view of the sea and islands. The apartment house with 3 apartments, located on the verdant slopes at the edge of the idyllic village of Mali Kosi, in a quiet location. The apartment is located on the ground floor with large terrace and garden. Before that there is no more building, which could interfere with the wonderful view. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace. Even from the bed you can enjoy the sea view and early risers can experience a wonderful sunrise. In the living room there is a sitting area with sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen area divided into a bar with dining area and a large glass front overlooking the sea. For cooler days, there is a woodburning stove that provides a cozy warmth.
    Since the apartment house with a total of 3 apartments is built on a slope, 2 stairs lead to the apartment Bellamare on the ground floor.

Super schöne Lage mit Blick über das Meer. Schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Hunde waren auch begeistert. Von der Wohnung kann man innerhalb von ca 1,5 Stunden über einen schönen Weg direkt zum Meer laufen.

Es war ein toller Urlaub die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet es hat uns an nichts gefällt. Das war Urlaub wie man es sich wünscht absolute Ruhe der Blick wunderschön. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich aber ansonsten einfach top.

Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist Atemberaubend und wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Zufahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber diese Wohnung und der Blick auf das Meer entschädigen die Fahrt dorthin. Sehr schöne, kleine und moderne Ferienwohnung. Mit mega Ausblick über die Kvarner Bucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche ist wie nagelneu und auch die restliche Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die freundliche Abwicklung mit der sehr netten Vermieterin muss hier ebenfalls erwähnt werden. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung eine super Austattung und Aussicht. § Wochen Sonne und sehr warm. Die Anfahrt von der Hauptstraße zur Wohnung war für unseren Geländewagen sehr schmal.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben und ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mein Highlight war mit einer Tasse Kaffee den Sonnenaufgang von der Terrasse aus zu genießen (wäre auch vom Bett aus möglich gewesen )

Top Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung und Ausstattung wie beschrieben, Ausstattung sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe ein Traum. In 15 Minuten ist man in Labin, ein schönes Städtchen das alles bietet, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen paar Kilometer weiter Rabac mit vielen Bademöglichkeiten, kurze Wanderung zu einem Wasserfall, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine tolle Zeit in Kroatien.

Traumhafte Lage mit tollem Meerblick

Liebe Frau Franz, vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, stilvoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Anfahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich und man muss auch gelegentlich mit entgegenkommenden Fahrzeugen rechnen 😉, aber dafür wird man mit einem absolut traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und die Insel Cres belohnt. Wir haben auch die sehr ruhige Lage genossen und konnten bei einem Gläschen Wein den Tag auf der Terrasse wunderbar ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns wirklich rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Der Kontakt mit Ihnen war auch sehr angenehm und total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist exakt (so gut!) wie beschrieben! Wir können auch die vorigen 5 Sterne Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen, aber dennoch relativ schnell mit dem Auto an den Strand möchten oder die Gegend erkunden möchten, werden mit dieser Wohnung voll auf Ihre Kosten kommen. Selbst wenn mal wie bei uns ein kompletter Schlechtwetter-Tag dabei ist, ist das hier kein Problem. Check-In ist völlig unkompliziert und der Austausch mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Entspannung pur

Wir waren 16 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern - und noch besser! Bezug möchte ich auch auf vorangegangene Bewertungen nehmen. Der Weg ist für viele sicher erstmal ungewohnt. Uns wollte das Navi zunächst woanders entlang führen- da wäre dann allerdings wirklich unser Auto an die Grenze gekommen. Das war aber schlichtweg einfach der falsche Weg! Meistens haben wir den Vormittag auf der TRAUMHAFTEN Terrasse verbracht und haben dann alles in einem Ritt „erledigt“. Strand, einkaufen usw. 10 Minuten entfernt ist ein tolles Restaurant, welches wir dann am Abend besucht haben. Absolut begeistert war ich, dass ein Gast anmerkte, dass Fliegengitter toll wären. Wir durften erleben, dass hier die Gastgeber das Problem behoben haben und sehr gute Fliegengitter angebracht worden. Das finde ich einfach nur tipptopp, daran merkt man, dass den Besitzern das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt. Aus diesem Grund sage ich einfach DANKE! Es war die Auszeit die wir brauchten und wir alle sind absolut erholt. Wir kommen wieder!

Super Wohnung.

Alles war klasse. Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Alles is da ! Neu oder neuwertig. Panorama ist wahnsinnig gut. Auch draußen : dusche zum abduschen abends und super Grill. Wir legen viel Wert auf Ruhe (nur abends und nachts) und das war hier auch super. Und die komplette Wohnung alles sehr privat. Also keine Leute die auf dein Tisch gucken. Für uns eine sehr tolle Erfahrung und wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für diese 2 schöne Wochen

Vi hade tre fantastiska dagar i denna lägenhet som har en magisk utsikt över havet. En jättemysig lägenhet med allt du behöver. Sköna sängar, bra utrustad och rent och fint. Rekommenderas varmt om ni vill ha några avkopplande dagar i närheten av Rabac.
