The Hotel Peteani is a family-owned, professionally run, perfect little hotel a short walk downhill from the historic hilltop town center of Labin. Although it is on a fairly busy road running up the hill, it is super-quiet and peaceful. It is clean and well-maintained, staff are polite and genuinely helpful, beds are very comfortable. With few eating options nearby, the restaurant here takes on more importance. Breakfast is very good, although if you want real coffee instead of machine-instant you have to ask for it. The restaurant also serves dinner, which is a bit pricey but generally excellent; if you reserve a table, it seems to be yours for the night (warning: several nearby restaurants are closed on Mondays, even in high tourist season). Overall, the hotel seems to be committed to service; our host, Mr. Peteani, tracked down a pair of earrings my wife left behind, and mailed them to her, a kindness we will remember for a long time. Personally, I will seek out a reason to return to Labin just so I can stay in this outstanding hotel.

Good except the shower
This was a perfect location and clean and comfortable. However, we couldn't get the shower to work. The next morning the receptionist said it was modern system with a pipe under the tub faucet however I did not detect any thing under the faucet when I looked.

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Hotel Mitarbeiter, die uns mit allen Fragen und Problemen weiterhelfen konnten, obwohl sie unterbesetzt waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte viele leckere Speisen zur Auswahl. Außerdem konnte man jeden Tag ohne Aufpreis zwischen Crêpes, Obstsalat, Omelette, Rührei und ähnliches wählen.

Good hotel and restaurant
A recently renovated villa. It offers good service and an excellent restaurant. There is a free car park and it is a short uphill walk to the splendours of Labin's old town. There is some traffic noise from the neighbouring road.

Beautiful boutique hotel within an easy walk to old town Labin. The room was spotless and spacious. Great breakfast included and the restaurant for dinner was excellent. Excellent value in Istria; good and central base for exploring the region.

Overnight stay before departing from Pula Airport
Hotel Petiani is a new hotel (2016) close to the old town of Labin. It has excellent, friendly staff and superb facilities as well as being within walking distance of a fascinating hilltop town with plenty of history and character. The friendliness that we found elsewhere in Croatia was here in abundance, and the rooms were well-appointed. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal (3 courses and drinks for less than £40 each) and an impressive breakfast buffet. There is free parking on site and a good Wi-Fi connection. Well worth a visit.

Boutique, 4-star hotel in a completely renovated villa on the hillside leading up to old hilltop town of Labin. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Easy parking. Excellent restaurant. Excellent service. Nice breakfast. Would stay here again.

Komplett und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Zu Fuß nur ein paar Minuten in die Altstadt. Leider an einer vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen. In der Unterkunft hört man davon zum Glück nichts. Parkplätze vorhanden. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Modernes, angenehmes, geschmackvolles Ambiente. Die Lichtgestaltung im Zimmer ist sehr vielseitig und sorgt für eine wohlige Atmosphäre. Das Restaurant bietet eine hervorragende Küche, schöne Ausblicke ins Grüne und einen freundlichen Service. Die Altstadt von Labin liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Schon der Empfang war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam- das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. In der Früh wurden wir immer von lachenden freundlichen Menschen bedient, man fühlt sich hier wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben. Wünsche werden berücksichtigt und nach Möglichkeit erledigt(Zimmerwechsel)Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist sehr modern, stylisch und hochwertig, wo man den Blick auch hinwendet, Details passen hervorragend zusammen .Im Badezimmer werden Rituals Produkte angeboten, außerdem duftet es im ganzen Haus immer frisch und sauber.Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!Im Restaurant kann man ausgezeichnet speisen!!!!!!!!!

immer wieder gerne dieses hotel
der aufenthalt war super, das ganze hotel sehr sauber, das frühstück reichlich, das personal sehr freundlich, das einzige was wir zu bemängeln hätten wäre- das zimmer neben der rezeption und dem fahrstuhl ist nicht sehr empfehlenswert-es ist zu laut.

Wonderful hotel, great staff that really go the extra mile and make sure that everything is catered to. Lovely location just 100m from the old City of Labin. Had a great stay, every request was fulfilled immediately and came with a smile, really recommend this hotel!
