Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Nira", 2 storeys. 1.5 km from the centre of Rabac, 4 km from the centre of Labin, 50 km from the centre of Pula, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 250 m2 (fenced), terraced garden wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 4 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (6 m2), garden furniture. In the house: internet access. 50 m long steep motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, pebble beach 1.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (140 cm), dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the sea and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.
