L'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, plancha, de nombreux électroménagers) et idéalement situé face à l'océan et à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Lacanau. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons certainement! Le seul bémol de cette résidence est de trouver une place de parking car celui-ci est ouvert au public. La mise en place d'une barrière est indispensable. Très bon contact avec l'équipe de Bru Immobilier, merci !

Bel appartement fonctionnel, bonne literie, très belle vue sur la mer de la pièce principale et de la chambre. Les communs sont très propres. La résidences est à 50m de la mer et très proche du centre ville. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Difficultés pour se garer à proximité du logement car le parking est utilisé par des personnes extérieures à la résidences. Si il y avait une place réservée par appartement ce serait parfait.
