  • Maison l'Azuré: This semi-detached house, located in a pleasant village on the edge of a pine forest and near the Lacanau golf course, is an ideal choice for family or friends' holidays. You will appreciate the green and peaceful setting, while being only 2.5 km from the ocean and shops. The Lacanau lake is also accessible 5 km away, for moments of relaxation or water activities.



    The house has a friendly living room with a table, chairs, sofa, television and coffee table, offering a comfortable living space to gather after a day at the beach or golf. The kitchen area is fully equipped with sink, electric hobs, refrigerator, microwave grill, dishwasher, storage, crockery and utensils, to easily prepare your meals.



    An independent WC is located on the ground floor, and the sleeping area upstairs consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a 140 cm bed (duvet 260) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom offers two 90 cm beds and storage. The bathroom, with washbasin, bathtub and WC, completes the ensemble.



    Outside, a terrace equipped with a table, chairs and armchairs allows you to fully enjoy evenings in the open air. A car park is also available, facilitating access and parking.



    The residence offers a swimming pool open from 15 May to 30 September, to cool off without leaving the village. Laundry and departure cleaning are not included in the rental (optional services, rates on request). This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

La situation,la piscine,le dépôt pain le matin pas d'aspirateur,un canapé qui sent l'humidité,des accès au logement ensablés(la réception de P&V n'a rien voulu faire et nous a dit de voir ça avec les propriétaires...) accueil P&V désagréable si l'on n'a pas loué chez eux,des entretiens de jardinage et espaces verts totalement absents,pas d'éclairage des voies et parkings la nuit,pas de terrains de pétanque,aucune animation...
