The Club House: Charming semi-detached house with terrace and golf view in Lacanau



Located in a calm and verdant setting, in the heart of a pleasant hamlet nestled on the edge of a forest near Lacanau golf course, this lovely semi-detached house is ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends. The residence, composed of small houses with private patio, offers a friendly and peaceful atmosphere just a few minutes from the ocean beaches.



Residents enjoy a communal swimming pool with a dedicated children's area, accessible from 15 June to 15 September, as well as secure private parking facilitating parking during their stay.



The accommodation has a bright living space with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, storage and all necessary kitchen equipment. The living room includes a comfortable lounge area with sofa and television, as well as a dining area equipped with a table and chairs.



On the upper floor, the house welcomes a master bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and storage space. A second bedroom is equipped with 140 cm bunk beds, with storage. The bathroom includes a shower and a sink.



Outside, the terrace with table and chairs allows you to fully enjoy outdoor meals while admiring the unobstructed view of the golf course.



The location is perfect for discovering Lacanau: the ocean beaches are approximately 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away and shops are also in the immediate vicinity. You will be able to easily access water sports activities, cycling paths, restaurants and entertainment at the seaside resort.
