This rental is ideal for a family or friends' stay, in a calm and verdant environment. The residence offers a central swimming pool with a small pool for children, open from 15 June to 15 September, and a private parking area to facilitate your arrival and movements.



The stay is friendly and bright, with a dining area and a relaxation corner equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a sink, vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils, to prepare your meals with complete simplicity.



The house has a bedroom with bunk beds (2x80) and a walk-in wardrobe overlooking a secure terrace, a hallway with a large cupboard, offering a practical storage space. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and storage.



The bathroom is functional with a bathtub, a washbasin, a toilet, and a washing machine.



The terrace located in front of the living room allows enjoying meals outdoors and peaceful evenings. In terms of location, the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, offering easy access to beaches, water activities, and resort services.
