Pleasant apartment located at 1 Boulevard de la Plage, in the secure residence "Ortal", 2nd floor with elevator, direct access to the central beach of Lacanau, restaurants and shopping street.
Very bright apartment, facing south.

This accommodation includes free WIFI access.
Free provision of a surfboard (Longboard) and a bodyborad + fins in 45.
A 3/2 full suit and a shorty (Short sleeve) are available.

This 30 m² accommodation is made up of:
- Comfortable living room including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Tassimo coffee maker, vitro hob, microwave, double sink, fridge / freezer, washing machine, ...), a lounge area with TV, coffee table and sofa bed .
- A separate bedroom with 140 cm bed
- A corridor isolated from the living room by sliding door containing 2 bunk beds of 90 cm

Alles prima gelaufen. Super Lage bzgl. Strand. Toller Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Ozean. Sehr gutes Wifi.Einziger Nachteil ist der nahegelegene Nachtclub (50m) der bei Schließung nachts gegen 5.00 Uhr sehr laut (betrunkene Jugendliche) ist.

Pratique et bien situé.

L’appartement est bien agencé et fonctionnel. Le balcon est grand ce qui permet d’avoir de la place pour étendre le linge et de manger sur le balcon. Le plus à Lacanau : la place de parking. L’appartement est situé au pied de l’océan, de la rue commerçante et des écoles de surf.

Localisation à deux pas de la plage et des commerces

Echanges très fluides et très bon accompagnement de la part de Bertrand. L'appartement ne manque de rien (hormis une prise dans la salle d'eau) et situé en front de mer. Proximité des commerces et de la vie canaulaise !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bertrand. L'appartement est idéalement situé sur le front de mer, parfait pour observer les vagues avant les sessions de surf depuis la terrasse. Appartement très pratique et bien aménagé.
