Location is excellent, rooms have been renovated, but elevator and halls are still old and I still had to walk 5 stairs to my room eventhough there was a lift.

Great location to all major landmarks! Room was clean and well kept.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with anything and everything we needed. From airport transport, to the EU to US outlet converter I forgot, and everything in between. They were available and immediately responsive on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and truly made our stay in Rome feel like home. Aside from the amazing staff, our room was wonderful and very well appointed, and the location can’t be beat. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome.

The hotels location is excellent for tourists. The Vatican was 5min away by walking. There were several restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel was very clean but an old funny elevator. Buffet breakfast was the beeest however didn’t start until 7:30am which in my experiences; hotels tend to start breakfast as early as possible considering tourist want to go out early. I requested and iron for my clothes and they didn’t have one available. Staff was very kind they even gave us a map and explained to us how to use transportation safely. We came back late at night and felt safe in this neighborhood. Also, best Gelateria is located on block down the street toward the Vatican. I really recommend you staying in this hotel!

5 stars all around. Clean, nice amenities, breakfast 10!, staff were all friendly. Would recommend it to friends looking for a place in Rome.
