Book your next Villages vacation with Everything! Sparkling pool with Jacuzzi and 4 person golf cart. Fantastic Golf views because it's located right on Hole #1 of Tierra Del Sol Champonship Golf Course. It includes a well stocked kitchen, coffee bar, office space with desk, Large Screen Smart TV's, BBQ grill, and a wonderful shaded patio. Close to everything! 2.3 miles to Spanish Springs Town Square, and 3.2 miles to Lake Sumter Landing. There is a solar heating system for the pool but cooler temperatures and cloudy weather adversely affect its efficiency. No cats. Dogs allowed with pet fee. The pool has solar heating and temperature may vary depending on atmospheric conditions and the time of year. Lifestyle ID's are available for the length of your stay. These ID's will allow you to use all the amenities that the villages has to offer such as Executive Golf Courses, Recreation Centers, Community Pools, etc. The cost is $50 for your party. We do not allow smoking in the house. The Pool service will require access to the pool and typically come every Tuesday. There are security cameras in the front and the rear of the property, as well as in the garage to facilitate the remote garage door opener. There are NO cameras located inside the house.

The location was very convenient to stores and banking. It was nice sitting under the lanai overlooking the golf course. Plenty of parking available. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, appliances, pots and pans, and cookware. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping.
