"What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

Previous reviews had mentioned hot water issues, so I checked the temperature and it was tepid. When reported was resolved very quickly. This place is nice but the staff make it more, I felt they really want you to enjoy not just Lovat Hotel but also Perth."
