"All in all it was a pleasant stay for my family and I. Plenty of space and good accommodations for the nightly rate it was listed at. The host was prompt in responding back to me in reference to my questions. For the price, a 7.5 or 8 out of 10 rating is well deserved. However, I will say to the host that the property has the potential to be a true hidden gem!! Only a few things stood out that I noticed.1. The cabinets in the kitchen needed a little attention.2. There was a sticky residue on a few remotes and other surfaces that had to cleaned (Proper or better house cleaning will easily solve that issue)3. Better pest control (I'm a sensible guy and grew up in the deep south, so a few "little friends" doesn't bother me but my guest noticed).Once again a good find for the , charming property with more than enough space, surprisingly quiet neighborhood close to plenty of food and entertainment, not to mention an awesome host with prompt communication. This is a winner in my book! I would gladly recommend and reserve again if needed. "
