"Mattresses were really poor, we woke up sore. The fridge completely froze (!) our food, which we could then toss. We were on the top floor and the noise from the AC's on the roof was horrible. And finally the so-called 'discount' on the parking that the hotel provided turned out to be more expensive than just straight up paying the normal fee at the parking garage.... All in all not the best experience...."

"They overbooked the hotel. Gave me someone else’s room. When we walked in there was clothes and suitcases all over the place. So they cancelled our reservation to “refund” our stay. Front desk customer service was unprofessional to the point of her hiding in the back office to avoid speaking with us. No empathy…no apology."

"The front desk staff were nice and friendly. The double queen room was nice, but the shower door would not stay closed. The beds were good quality if you like them firmer. Decent city views from our balcony (could watch the plans take off, etc). The ice machine on our floor was broken and there was no vending machine as indicated."

"Room was nice, we got upgraded to a king room at at check in. The traffic was a bit noisy at night alot of beeping but its expected in a city. Didn't eat there at all had a few drinks they were good."
